Craftsy is turning five this month – Craftsy Class Sale
I’m a huge fan of Craftsy and if you are too, then you’ve probably heard that Craftsy is turning five this month! So to celebrate their 5th birthday they are having a class sale from now until Friday – that’s 18-20th May 2016. And for this limited time they have up to 50% off their most popular classes. All you have to do is click on the links or the image below and that will take you directly to the classes on sale.
They really do have something for everyone! Choose from:
- Sewing – including bag-making!
- Cake Decorating
- Food & Cooking
- Paper Crafts
Sometimes I take a class just for the fun of taking a class and not because I don’t know how to do something. I really enjoy learning and really love the classroom atmosphere so quite often I will just watch a class for fun, but of course the main reason for creating all these classes is so you can learn how to do something or how to do something better than you can do it now. There really are some fab classes to choose from and some great teachers. Some of my favourites include: Beading with Wire, Chain and Leather by Candie Cooper (great class, and Candie is a great teacher, and very thorough and enthusiastic about her craft); Building Better Bags- Interfacing and Structure by Sara Lawson (Sara is the designer behind Sew Sweetness, and if you ever needed to know more about interfacing for bags, then this is the class for you. Oh and we also sell Sara’s bag patterns in the shop!); Mix and Match Clutch Bag Techniques by Janelle MacKay (Janelle is the designer behind Emmaline Bags and we sell all of Janelle’s bag bling, purse hardware and her Necessary Clutch Wallet pattern in the shop!)
Another popular bag-making class is Sew Better Bags – the Weekend Duffel by Betz White – and remember that with the bag-making classes you also receive the bag-pattern plus step by step instructions in the class videos. I’ve taken over a dozen Craftsy classes now and have enjoyed them all. Find out what your next class will be by clicking the lovely cupcake image below. I’m off to find my next class!

This commission comes at no additional cost to you – the price is the same if you went directly to the site in question, but I would hope that you would choose to use my links from this special page I created for you. Please know that I have experience with all of these companies and have used all of the tools and products that I recommend and I only recommend them because I love them and find them helpful and useful in my business and creative life, and not because of the small commissions I make if you decide to buy something.
